Here is what some of your customers are saying…….
recently went to see Ann for hypnotherapy and would recommend giving it a try. I was having problems with over thinking and worrying about things. I feel a lot less stressed out and worried about things. I found the experience relaxing and Ann is very friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Wasn’t sure if it would work as I was aware the whole time but definitely feel less stressed, so obviously did something. (T)
A few weeks ago I had a hypnotherapy session with Ann to help with anxiety, stress and negativity. I feel like a different person and everyone around me has noticed the difference. I am so much more positive and happy within myself and my work. This was only in one session which took less than an hour! I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Ann she has changed my way of thinking and turned me into a different person. Thank you Ann. (A)
I recently received an afternoon Hypnotherapy Relaxation Session from Ann to help with general relaxation. The session left me feeling light and refreshed which carried on for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend this to anyone as I can imagine that it would help with a variety of different complaints. Thanks Ann 🙂 (K)

I also haven’t had crisps, chocolate and sweets! This was only in one session which took less than an hour! Thanks so much Ann! (S)
